Archaelogical Dig

Parson’s Corner reveals Archaelogical Site of what is believed to be the Southern Wing of a substantial medieval building. The exterior wall foundations are 1.5m wide. Some medieval pottery and artefacts corroborate the date of this being from the 11th to 15th century. The dig continued in the summer of 2025.
